MSc International Events Management
Learning Objectives

Acquiring the specific managerial skills and knowhow required for executive positions in events managements.



Who should apply ?

  • Holders of undergraduate degrees.
  • Professionals with Honours Degrees or equivalent.


Teaching format

  • One year full-time (Sept-Dec & Jan-May) in Deauville, Normandy, France.
  • 228 hrs - 7 modules.
  • One 5-week consultancy project (provided by the eprogramme).
  • Field seminars in relevant locations – Meetings with executives from public and private bodies operating famous venues or sites.
  • 2 one-week residential seminars in Paris, Las Vegas (USA) (cost included in programme fee).
  • One 4-6 month internship (to be served anywhere in the world).
  • One research project.
  • The MSc International Events Management is entirely taught in English by faculty from the University of Brighton (UK), the Normandy Business School and professionals from the events industry.

Events management for Consulting Firms and all Operators in PR/Communication & Events Marketing (logistics, resorts, venues, communications, etc ).



Degree / award

Double award :
  • MSc International Events Management (Ecole de Management de Normandie), accredited by the French Conférence des Grandes Ecoles.
  • Master of Arts (MA) International Events Management awarded by the University of Brighton

  • Application processing fee: € 100
  • Total Programme:
  • € 8,500 for EU citizens
  • € 10,900 non-EU citizens or professionals

  • Application form with supporting documents.
  • English language certification required for non-native speakers : IELTS 6,5, TOEFL CBT 230 or IBT 88, or TOEIC 790.
  • Deadline : 1st session June 21, 2010 / 2nd session August 23, 2010
