Master 1 International Management
Learning Objectives
First year of the Master’s program taught 100% in English
Choose MIM to initiate or continue a management curriculum with an international dimension. MIM is:
- Entirely taught in English (lectures, presentations, group work and reports);
- Structured to encourage student participation and students-lecturers interactions. This “Anglo-Saxon” type of pedagogy is possible thanks to the limited size of the cohort: no more than 35 students per class;
- Open to foreign students, which allows for intercultural competencies development and prepares the students to manage or work within multicultural teams;
- Compliant with the learning objectives of M1 at EM Normandie while adding a more international perspective. This allows students to choose freely among all M2 specializations in English or in French;
MIM is composed of two 30 ECTS credits semesters, i.e. 60 ECTS credits for the whole year: Fall Semester (from early September to mid December) and Spring Semester (from mid-January to mid May).
The program covers all required competencies to access M2 specializations while adding a more international perspective to each subject. Lecturers are either professional managers acknowledged for their competency in a specific field, professors from English speaking partner universities or bilingual full time professors of EM Normandie.

The program is organized around two 30 credit semesters based on the three pillars of EM Normandie pedagogy: international management, professional development and personal development.
