Myriam Deschamps, a Programme Grande Ecole EM Normandie alumna (Class of 1998), formerly HR International Development Manager for Christian Dior Couture, made a genuine change in her life when she started her own business in September 2016. A qualified coach, she is now the CEO of T. alescence, where she coaches managers and their teams to help them develop their potential and take up challenges to contribute to their organisations' performance.
Co-constructing solutions to organisations' challenges
As an expert in HR, Myriam Deschamps worked for some 20 years in the luxury industry. She was first Chanel's Head of HR between 2000 and 2005, then joined Chantelle as HR Manager for Marketing, Sales and Subsidiaries (2005-2007), and finally moved to Christian Dior Couture as Europe and Middle East HR Manager (2007-2011), and later on as HR International Development Manager (2011-2016).
In her new consulting and coaching assignments, where rigour, empathy and a customised approach are required to bring out professional talents, she focuses on two main axes: building self-confidence and a balanced life pattern.
