The Enterprise at the Heart of the EM Normandie Strategy Our first priority is to bring closer both the Corporate World and the School. For the benefit of regional SMEs, but also large international groups, we have initiated a wide range of actions in order to foster special long-term links focused on service-oriented and constructive partnerships (co-construction is the notion applied nowadays). 

We see our mission as one to educate future executive personnel, those young talents who will be effective and operational right from the start, and to guide them throughout the recruitment process by organizing numerous Careers & Employment Events that involve companies. 

To this end, Internships, Junior Consulting Projects, Recruitment Forums, Sales Negotiation Contests, Serious Games, Events Sponsoring, Talks by Experts, or Sponsored Chairs, are as many opportunities to work together. We also involve companies very closely in the evolution of EMN Programmes to fine tune our relevance to the expectations of the market, to prepare for new trends, with the contribution in particular of our Observatory of Pedagogies and Occupations for Tomorrow, to meet the ultimate goal of raising our students competencies.
