Professeur Associé en Finance

Benjamin Legros est professeur associé en Finance à l’EM Normandie depuis 2017. Il a obtenu son diplôme de l’École Centrale Paris en 2006. Après une expérience dans un bureau d’étude, l’AREP, il se consacre à sa thèse sur l’optimisation des flux dans les centres d’appels multicanaux soutenue en 2013 à Centrale Paris. Depuis lors, il se consacre à des activités de recherche à CentraleSupélèc et à la Vrije Universiteit d’Amsterdam, d’enseignements en Finance en écoles de commerce, et de conseil avec la société Interactiv Group spécialisée dans les centres d’appel. Ses centres d’intérêts sont les modèles stochastiques avec des applications orientées sur les technologies des centres de contact et la Finance.
