itself on a global value chain and network level. This program taught me
that the value chain is not just a matter of costcutting. It is much
more than that. It is a business paradigm in which shareholders',
customers', employees', suppliers' and community's interests have to be
matched and satisfied in an optimal way. This forward-looking program
requires you to think "out of the box" in order to be able to manage
diverse and complex operations within a company. Taught by world leading
faculty and professionals in the field, the value chain management
program changed my business perspective, and provided me with a
cross-functional view of the firm, as well as valuable Marketing,
Finance, Customer Relationship Management, Supply Chain Management and
Operations Management-skills to manage in a fast moving economy.
