With a team of experienced professionals, Claudia Sampel is to manage the school's strategy for the international deployment of programmes. She is also in charge of promoting the School's brand image and reputation, and to form new partnerships with foreign universities.
International & teaching: two of her main career orientations
After graduating from Leopold-Franzens-Universität Innsbruck in 2002, Claudia started a career as a translator and Foreign Language instructor first as a free-lance and then for several training institutions, in Austria, and in France as from 2005. In 2007, she was to become EM Strasbourg Business School's Coordinator of European Programmes, and later moved on to be their Head of International Relations as from 2011.
As she speaks 4 languages, and after a career path characterised by an extensive international mobility experience, as well as a thorough knowledge of higher education, Claudia is fully equipped to be successful in her mission within EM Normandie.
The international orientation at the heart of the development strategy of EM Normandie
A pronounced international orientation is clearly one of the main assets of EM Normandie, as evidenced by a portfolio of about 200 partner universities across the world, a systematic study aboard period in the Grande Ecole and Bachelor in International Management programmes, the opening of a campus in Oxford (UK) in 2015 ans a campus in Dublin (Ireland) in 2017, and the hosting of over 450 international students. Such positive dynamics are bound to increase as a result of the Equis Accreditation gained last December. The latter will be a decisive argument to open up new partnerships with accredited universities, to develop international research, to accelerate the recruitment of international faculty and to attract even more international students.
