Open to final year students of the Grande Ecole Programme (PGE), this new specialisation which is not common on the French Grandes Ecoles scene, will prepare future graduates for a very promising niche market. On top of giving them a sound base of competencies in banking and finance, the programme will also give a genuine expertise in FinTech, a practice which is currently in full swing and draws on information and communication technologies to optimise the efficiency of financial services and keep control over their costs.
This programme will be taught in English and will host some 30 students or so, who will be positioned in the vicinity of London, currently the N°1 financial centre in the world and the capital city of FinTech.
This completes the 100% English-speaking track set up in Oxford, currently open to Year 2 (U2) and Year 4 (M1) student on the PGE.
More generally, since September 2016, the Grande Ecole Programme has been offered as an option exclusively taught in English right after admission at French baccalauréat level, by means of coordinated tracks between campuses in France and in the UK.
