The Economic Intelligence Production Unit that was opened last December by EM Normandie and Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM) on their new Paris campus, has already met with great success as a result of the first three events. Organised as breakfast-meetings open to all, these monthly events aim at disseminating an Economic Intelligence culture, the decisive dimension in companies‘ competitiveness and survival. Claude Revel, Déléguée Interministérielle à l’Intelligence Economique, Eric Delbecque, Head of the Economic Security at Institut National des Hautes Etudes de Sécurité et de la Justice (INHESJ), Philippe Clerc, Head of Economic Intelligence at CCI France have in turn shared their expertise on topics linked to public policies in terms of Economic Intelligence, world economic warfare, or a presentation of the French school of Economic Intelligence. The next meeting took place on March 6, when Alain Juillet, the President of the Club des Directeurs de Sécurité des Entreprises (CDSE) talked about the new threats that companies face nowadays.
Note: GEM and EM Normandie are both test-institutions for the Economic Intelligence Education reference curriculum drawn up by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research.
